Celebrated this special day because we met each other 4 years ago while we are both working at Uniqlo. Have a great lunch at Le Pain quotidien, then a hearty walk around Central park talked about all these little things. Chin actually already make a dinner reservation at a restaurant that i been wanted to try since summer, but somehow i wanted eat dessert more. So i told him to cancel that dinner reservation and so we headed to east Village for prix-fix dessert course. The dessert was so delicious, it gave us a beautiful ending of this magical days between us.

{how we spend anniversary}

ANNIVERSARY DATE. Time flies, it does. It is our 3 good years fallen in love. This man, till today, still give me butterfly in stomach. We will miss each other like crazy during weekday, and i will get excited on Thursday night knowing i get to hangout with him Friday after work. No doubt i am the happiest girl during weekend because able to hold hands with a smile on, and exploring the lovely New York city is just my favorite outing!
On that day, instead of transporation, we decided to walked from 14th Street to Soho to enjoyed lunch at
Grey Dog Cafe / Soho, because i was craving for their french toast. Then, we went to City Hall to walked Brooklyn Bridge, and visited the famous Jane Carousel near the river. I think Dumbo will be my another favorite neighborhood besides Williamsburg. So many cute stores around! Can't believe i actually went for a ride on the carousel for $2, and Chin willing to do it with me :)
At night, we went to
Morimoto for dinner, and it will be on next post!

Sorry for the lack of updates this week! Been staying at chin house this entire week because mama chin is away to Trinidad for spring break vacation, so we got the whole house by ourself ;)
& chin's laptop refuse to read my memory card, so i cant even edit any photos to blog at all.
Chin have always been a sweetheart to me, and I am just speechless sometime for his actions.
Last Sunday at pier 11, waiting for water taxi to Ikea.
While he sat down, and ask me to do the same. I refused.
because i said the metal chair is freezing, and i rather stand for the line.
He then took off his coat, and lay it on the chair, so the jacket will cover the chair& its coldness, so i can sat on it.
Of cause i said "Nope!" we are near water, it is cold, god damn it just put your coat back.
He refused.
#damnit
Since i am staying with him this entire week, so he have to make dinner for two of us.
Sunday's dinner - chinese style steamboat, because i love spicy cartwheel!
Monday's dinner - Chin's style chicken wings with lemon, ginger, soy sauce and honey.
Oh boy, it taste delicious!
Tuesday's dinner - Alfredo pasta with mushroom and spicy grilled shrimp
Wednesday's dinner - Chin's style homemade udon noodle soup with beef & cabbage
Thursday dinner, i went to eat sushi with my sister and her family :D
Until next Tuesday, his cooking duty will be off because mama chin will be back by then!

VALENTINE DINNER 2013. We decided to celebrate valentine early so i can take a day off and be with each other the entire day. Chin made reservation at
Todd English Hall at Tuesday night already, because the first time we knew they renovated the lowel lever into this fancy food place, i told him we have to come here one day, and we did, every time we visited Central Park :)
Outside of Todd English hall have some of the New York famous food place, such as Lady M cake boutique, macaron & chocolate stall, Luke Lobster bar, fancy sushi bar, and other bakery/pastry/coffee stall. When you walked inside, you will see Todd English Hall. It is a open space restaurant with 8 different seating areas, such as wine bar, cheese, seafood, brick pizza, asian noodle, sushi, burger/pasta and dessert of cause.
At first, i was thinking to get lobster guacamole as appetizer, but then i change my mind to sushi because i really want shrimp tempura. For entree, i ordered lobster tagliatell, and i cant believed ramen lover's Chin ordered pork ramen at American restaurant, and of cause the taste is just soso. & later i ordered one more eel hand roll. That hand roll have 3 fat eel in it, and i was so full by eating that. You can find their menu

Dessert is from outside of Todd English Hall, because they mainly serve cakes in there, and we just something light.
